Allegations of vandalizing temple idols in Pabna, Bangladesh
It has been alleged that three idols were vandalized in the dark of night at Sri Sri Bhadra Kalimata Temple in Handyal Paschimpara of Chatmohar Upazila in Pabna. Seeing the vandalism of the idol informed me.
Kutishwar Dev also said, "Durga Puja will be stopped if necessary if the culprits are not given exemplary punishment."
Meanwhile, Ashok Chakraborty, president of Chatmohar Puja Udyapan Parishad, demanded exemplary punishment to find those involved in this incident.
Chatmohar Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Salim Reza said, "The case is under process. No concession will be made to the saboteur.'
